Project Embabazi works with Bakiga communities in rural south-western Uganda to prevent and relieve poverty by providing funding, training and support for sustainable community projects.
Project Embabazi is involved in a diverse range of projects in several Bakiga communities. The projects are proposed and implemented by the local people and vary according to the needs of the community. Recent and current projects include grants for school and health buildings, educational resources, a Beads for Seeds craft cooperative and child and animal sponsorship schemes.
